When telephone promos go wrong. Very, very wrong.

Sometimes it makes sense to ask the question "When this launches, is everyone going to get it?" It might save hours of time and tears.

Yeah but... Because of this promotion I heard about the movie and it cut through the clutter. I'm sure the target market, teens to early 20's thought it was hilarious that old people were calling the police. The big test is let's see how it does in it's opening weekend.
